The Ministry Team co-ordinates and develops all forms of licensed lay and ordained ministries within the Diocese.
Women’s Ministry:

As WMO the principal role is one of encouragement and support for women offering themselves for vocational training. This includes full time and NSM ministry as well as Readers, not to mention those who are beginning to explore what their vocation might be.
In addition the role extends to providing a listening ear to those already serving in ministry and to represent those voices at a higher ministerial level. This would include specific concerns relating to women serving in the church in all capacities. It is a great privilege to serve in the role as WMO for the Diocese of St Davids.
