Welcome to the diocese of St Davids, named after Wales’ patron saint whose cathedral in Pembrokeshire is one of the jewels of the nation. The diocese also covers Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire, including the western industrial valleys, the town of Llanelli and some of the most rural and remote areas of Mid Wales.

FIRST AID AND FLIP FLOPS
The Carmarthen Nightlight team is celebrating its first birthday...
...twelve months of making the streets a safer place.
Carmarthen NightLight is a street support scheme set up by Carmarthen CYTUN (Churches Together in Wales) after an approach from the police and Carmarthenshire County Council. The scheme has received funding from the Community Safety Partnership as well as donations from local churches and a grant from the St. David’s Diocese Venturing in Mission Fund.

Bishop Wyn joined the team for a night out on the streets.
OPEN FOR BUSINESS
After months of hard work (and dust aplenty), the major refurbishment of the diocesan offices at Abergwili is now complete and the new facilities received an official blessing from Bishop Wyn at a special ceremony just before Christmas.
