The most significant organisation in Wales is Visit Wales, which came being on 1st April 2006 as part of the Welsh Assembly Government’s Department of Enterprise, Innovation & Networks (DEIN). Visit Wales succeeds the Wales Tourist Board. Visit Wales has a good website for the tourism trade, http://new.wales.gov.uk/topics/tourism, which provides an excellent resource of information.
The Tourism Training Forum for Wales (TTFW) is the country’s leading independent voice on tourism education and training. http://www.ttfw.org.uk/
